Done with SAI and Photoshop. This is result of me playing around with SAI, wonderful software  Since it's only the 2nd time I use this software, this took three times longer than my usual traditional coloring  This is based on my random sketch of Ouji (prince) from Suikoden V...when he was a child, obviously. I'm not sure if this can be considered a fanart since I changed the colors on the outfit  Not to mention I make him look more like a little girl...but then I don't know how he looks at this age anyway  I seldom do digital art, but the result somehow always looks like this It looks more like a painting before I added the texture though. The color reference is based on Amatsuki's illustrations btw (wonderful art!). -----EDIT----- Because of a certain someone (who is never satisfied)'s comment, I try adding background...which is of course only a manipulation from the game's screenshot. Personally I prefer the one without background since the character is more focused, but I'd like to know what everyone thinks.  -----EDIT#2----- Make the background lighter. |
