A request by my dear friend,
The woman is Balsa and the boy is Chagum, from Seirei no Moribito, an anime based on a novel of the same title.
The request was to draw both of them in winter and I decided to use the place where the egg of Nyunga Ro Imu(water spirit) hatched and was taken out of Chagum's body...or at least some random place that looks like that, un.

I should have done it months ago...but with my laptop broken I couldn't access my seirei anime files.
In the end yesterday I began browsing for reference pics.
I'm sorry if the colors are different from the ones in the anime...I wasn't able to watch the few last episodes..and well, this is fanart anyway!

p.s.: Chagum looks a bit (very) weird here...and I think the snow (blizzard?) is a bit too much for their thin clothes...but anyway....un.
