One of my school project to make a book cover illustration
Kind of my first try with surrealism

The novel is The Mysterious Mr. Harlequin by Agatha Christie
An interesting book, if anyone's curious enough :)
(I'm a big fan of Christie's works)

The beautiful surrealism and soft painting style makes The Dead Harlequin by ~subaru-s a stunning piece of work. The subtle colors employed in this piece bely the sinister story behind the illustration. (Suggested by ~Stygians-Fool and Featured by `oedalis)

most of my friends and teacher like it
esp. my teacher, he was glady suprised that I could draw something other than my usual manga style
though I can't help but add the manga touch =D it's me afterall tee-hee

and I know you have a thing for blood, but for ded body as well?!

Hee~ Kakkoii~! #n_n# I really like the color of the moss and the floating goldfishes (so realistic! n_n). Great job for a beginner in this thing! Though I think this is not your first surrealism, ne? You have tons of them at home. :P

I would buy this book...that is if I was judging by the cover...which your not supposed to do....but I do it anyways:D very nicly done
