Fudou Yuusei from the new Yugiou series, 5D's.
I'm just so in love with this series right now :love:

I actually wanted to draw the full D-Wheel, but couldn't think of the right pose since obviously Yuusei would be the main focus, so there's only a small part of it on the bottom right...^^;
The background is Neo Domino City, and the tallest building is Kaiba Co. (it's actually very, very, very, much, much taller in the series).

Usually I use multiple colors
For this one I think it should be combination of B97(Night Blue) & B99(Agate) and some lighter blues

Amazing! You gave his hair more flexibility than it usually has XD! Makes him look more real! (mmm...dream come true, a real-life Yusei) Was the color done digitally or pencil crayon? My medium is pencil crayon...but I've always wanted to do stuff like this since it looks so amazing...
