Fudou Yuusei from the new Yugiou series, 5D's.
I'm just so in love with this series right now
I actually wanted to draw the full D-Wheel, but couldn't think of the right pose since obviously Yuusei would be the main focus, so there's only a small part of it on the bottom right...
The background is Neo Domino City, and the tallest building is Kaiba Co. (it's actually very, very, very, much, much taller in the series).
